Fluorescence Correlation Spectroscopy
published by the University of Florida
This manual describes an advanced undergraduate laboratory experiment in fluorescence correlation spectroscopy.  The experiment uses a single green laser with avalanche photodiode detectors and a software autocorrelator to study the diffusion of fluorescent spheres as well as fluorescently-labeled DNA oligomers.  By analysis of the autocorrelation function students can determine the diffusion coefficient of the particles and observe dynamics in the DNA oligomer.
