Now in its ninth year, the Advanced Laboratory Physics Association's (ALPhA's) Laboratory Immersion program has impacted a substantial fraction of the nation's academic physics programs. In this poster I will discuss the reach of the Immersion program, and what we have learned about its effectiveness and the challenges facing faculty and staff who teach BFY labs. |
