By signing this Agreement, the Rights Holder(s), where applicable, or the Author(s) jointly and severally represent and warrant that the Article is original with the author(s) and does not infringe any copyright or violate any other right of any third parties. What is a Creative Commons license?
Creative Commons is a nonprofit organization that provides several alternatives to the traditional copyright agreement, with the goal of maximizing ability to share and use published material legally. ALPhA and AAPT are using the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 License (CC-BY), the most permissive of the CC licenses, which not only allows copying, transmission, and distribution but also adaptation of papers, with proper attribution.
