The BFY Proceedings

The Conference on Laboratory Instruction Beyond the First Year of College Proceedings (BFY Proceedings) is the written record of the scholarly work presented at the Advanced Laboratory Conference held every 3 years.

The proceedings are sponsored by the Advanced Laboratory Physics Association (ALPhA) and the American Association of Physics Teachers (AAPT). The proceedings cover topics related to the teaching and/or learning of physics laboratory classes beyond the first-year of college. Submission of case studies of particular laboratory classes, descriptions of novel experiments or activities for the advanced lab, preliminary research results on student learning in lab courses, and related topics are welcome.
